Help Please!! Jenny Craig Vs. Weight Watchers Vs. South Beach Diet??

Hello to you all!! I gave birth to my lovely little angel 4 months ago on September 1st, she weighed in at 9lbs 4oz 22in long. Throughout the pregnancy I gained 60 pounds ( putting me at 233 the day of the birth). I am now down to 211 5'9ft tall.I am breastfeeding still and I will continue as long as I can. Has Anyone Been Successful with South Beach Diet

I have a bunch of weight to loose, my goal is 75 pounds, BMI chart says more… It has been suggested that I try South Beach. I’m concerned b/c I am a picky eater (no fish, ricotta, or other things with “weird” textures). I’ve tried Weight Watchers and it might be ok…it just seems that I can’t follow through for very long. Hi There, I am trying to find a diet program that I have not tried. I have done it all. I don't like counting calories. I don't like eating packaged foods. How is South Beach? I would love to know if that diet has worked for anyone. What about something that you started or even invented that will help me stick to the program and lose the weight? Discouraged Due to Flabby Tummy LOL

I have been trying to lose weight but I have not been successful. My tummy is just round and flabby! My daughter loves to make it jiggle :O LOL I try to keep a positive attitude but it's so hard when I don't see results. A friend of mine keeps telling me "Sandy you're so beautiful, if you lose weight, you'd be just perfect." Any tips, exercises, diets, anything!
