My Son Is a Late Talker...
My son is now 2 1/2, and he talks like an 18 month old. He was not born premature, I carried to full term and had a very healthy pregnancy and delivery. We are seeing a speech therapist once a week and in the last 4 months he has made leaps and bounds but is still no where close to being at an age appropriate speaking level. We saw a child development specialist who ruled out Autism.
