How Would You Handle This Co-worker?

I work in a 25-person department. One of my co-workers--let's call her Meg--is a wonderful person with many good qualities. BUT she has, among her many food allergies, a seafood allergy. Fish, shellfish, you name it...it swims, she is allergic. Her particular allergy manifests itself as throat irritation (not throat closing), coughing, and similar bronchial symptoms. 2Nd Pregnancy Is SO Much Harder!

I'm about 6 months pregnant with my second child. I have a 2 1/2 year old girl at home, and my pregnancy with her was great. I had severe "all day" sickness, but it was over at the very beginning of the 2nd trimester. It was the same this time... but I am still struggling with nausea. But even worse than that is I am EXHAUSTED. I have very little motivation to get any cleaning/laundry done, and I've missed a bit of work as well. (I work full time, dad is a stay at home.) I do have more going on in my life than last time, with a toddler...

Yoga or Something Else?

I am a SAHM & am wanting to find a good dvd for at home yoga or pilates. My goal is to get back in shape after my son is born(any day at this piont). I've looked at Target & have considered buying one of each. Any suggestions? I want to be able to do it at home with or without the baby. Something I can do on my own time, ya know? I understand yoga is more meditative & pilates is more of a "workout" but I just don't know what would be better. Thanks!
