I am searching for a place to have a "tea party" birthday party for my niece. She will be 7 in September. I know they there has to be one or two places that still have them but I just don't know where. If anyone knows of a place in Louisville, Kentucky, please let me know.
I don't know how receptive they are to children (although I have seen children there with parents), it is the girliest tea party kind of place that I know. They share the building with the White Linen Tea Co.

I had planned the same thing for my little lady. There is a place in Clarksville, IN on Veterns Parkway near Walmart that provides for a small setting tea party with dress up clothes. It's called Jewels House of Teas. http://www.jewelshouseofteas.com/partyInfo.asp
I took my girls over before the party to try out the tea and neither of them liked the bubble tea. The "bubbles" are like black licorice and is chewy. It honestly was pretty bitter but then, we are used to drinking tea made with a sweetner. As it worked out, we did not have her party there but it seems like a nice intimate type of party opportunity. I'm sure they have other stuff for you to sample. We may give it another try at some point.

My boyfriend's daughter just happened to get an invitation to a tea party! The name of the place is Jewel's House of Teas @ 1305 Veterans Parkway in Clarksville, IN (in front of Sam's Club). I don't know anything about it personally, but I do know the area & it's easy to get to from Louisville. Good luck!!
