Hi, my hubby is a hard worker and has been at home due to surgery. It's more like he's been suffering due to a simple hernia surgery that went haywire. After his most recent surgery in June, he's had to deal with really bad headaches, has had three MRI's and now is able to go back to work. He's been home 18 months, Ladies, he needs to go back to work for my sanity. He's a jack of all trades. He's an auto mechanic and has his ASC license, but is willing to try out anything. With the economy the way it is, it's been hard finding something. So I have decided to use my resources, like Mamasource, to see if anyone has any job openings in the Tujunga, Sun Valley, La Crescenta, Pasadena, or Glendale area. He's a great dad and hubby!!! Thanks so much.

I don't know of anything directly, but careerbuilder.com always has listings that you can search for by category, area, etc. or craigslist.org. Happy hunting. Hope he finds something soon.

Hi T.,
Times are getting tough for all of us, but if he is a auto tech. he should look into dealerships. My hubby works at Longo Toyota and they are always looking for really good guys that want/need to work. He has been in the business (that's how we met) for over 20yrs now. I know the Toyota dealers have the best take on "in coming" traffic for the service. My hubby is one of the service managers at Longo and they get in 300 to 500 cars every day for service. So have him look into that area of work. The hours are long, but if he is good with his trade then he should do fine.
Good luck!!
