Constipation in a 3 Year Old

My daughter is 3 and is suddenly constipated. She has been an awesome eater until turning 3 and now she eats a very limited variety of foods. We are in the midst of potty training which I read can be an issue with withholding her poop, but she willingly uses her potty to move her bowels and it is the peeing that is the issue. Her diet was high in dairy since she would not eat any meat. She ate a lot of cheeses and yogurts for a protein source. These foods never constipated her before. She WILL NOT drink water and tells me she doesn't...

Any Good Breast Pumps?

I'm having my first child in april and I'm wondering what kind of breast pump to get. I plan to return back to work after the baby is born. There's so many different kinds and brands of pumps that I don't want to waste time/money on the wrong one. Any info whether good or bad would be very appreciated.

Cracked/bleeding Nipples. Help!!

Hi ladies, I've never been successful at breastfeeding, so have always bottle fed my children. This time around though, I'm bound and determined to make it work. (so far we've gone a month of exclusively breastfeeding! yay!!). My daughter latches on beautifully and is a fantastic nurser, which has really helped me to stick with it. :) The only problem is, my nipples are peeling and bleeding from nursing, and boy do they HURT! I can't use lanolin-based products that have been suggested to me by my doctor for soreness; is there something...
